As a Design Technologist, you will bridge the world of experience design with software development to create exceptional user interfaces that customers love to use. Design Technologist, Digital User Interfaces - Responsibilities: • Work on core design system architecture, design token frameworks, and user interface guidelines for Commercial web and mobile platforms. • Discover user interface patterns and create reusable, flexible, and accessible components. • Provide guidance to team members to improve their understanding and mastery of design systems. • Determine strategies for the collection, refinement, governance, and distribution of shared patterns and components. • Contribute to the creation of reusable components, utilities, and libraries within Figma and contribute to coded components, and component QA. • Act as an advocate for client-centric design methods and a unified bank client experience. • Manage relationships with partners regarding design, code, execution, and syncing of User Interface assets. • Share insights and show thought leadership via presentations and other forms of communication within the Design team and across the bank.
