Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery: On behalf of our utilities client, Procom is searching for an Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery for a 17 month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton/Calgary office.  Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery - Job Description: The Organizational Change Lead (OCM) will support IT projects/programs by implementing training, learning strategies, communication, and change management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and project teams to effectively manage change in transformational technology and business processes. Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery - Responsibilities: • Ensure consistent application of OCM Framework methodology, processes, and tools • Provide leadership and quality oversight to the Program Change Management Team • Develop and manage a change management strategy and plan for the project • Work with business and project teams to define key business outcomes and change activities • Engage with impacted leaders and change champions regularly • Develop and track business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure training requirements and plans align with project needs • Design and develop tailored communications materials for stakeholders • Evaluate training effectiveness with end users Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery - Mandatory Skills: • 8 to 10 years in Change Management experience • Prosci certification • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills • Strategic thinking and strong organizational management skills • Ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment • Experience with leading large complex technology programs • Strong relationship building and teamwork collaboration Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in utilities or related industries • Familiarity with ADKAR assessment • Knowledge of stakeholder impact analysis • Experience with training needs analysis • Ability to manage post go-live support Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery – Assignment Length: This is a contract position for approximately 17 months.   Organizational Change Lead (OCM) - IT Project Delivery - Assignment Location: Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada - Hybrid, with three days in the office each week.
