Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction across a range of structural projects.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Coordinating steel detailing projects from conception through to completion</li><li>Collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align on project goals</li><li>Developing and monitoring project schedules in collaboration with production staff</li><li>Identifying and reporting project risks and opportunities</li><li>Managing and documenting project change orders</li><li>Checking models and drawings for accuracy and quality</li><li>Ensuring project deliverables are met on time and to standard</li><li>Supporting the integration of fabrication technologies and standards</li><li>Communicating effectively with overseas detailing teams and providing clear updates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><h2>About You</h2>To qualify for the Project Coordinator role, you will need a minimum of 7 years of steel detailing and project coordination experience. To qualify for the Project Manager role, you will need a solid foundation in steel detailing and project oversight. A minimum of 10 years of steel detailing experience, and 5 years of checking experience are essential, along with deep familiarity with industry standards and a history of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:<ul><li>Knowledge of steel detailing standards and practices for CISC & AISC</li><li>Experience with Tekla Structures</li><li>Understanding of fabrication technologies</li><li>Experience coordinating with overseas detailers</li><li>Track record of managing change orders and communicating updates effectively</li><li>Ability to assess project risks and opportunities</li><li>Understanding of CNC file formats and BIM-ready model outputs</li></ul>As our ideal candidates, you will bring excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency under pressure.
