<h3><strong>BMO is currently sourcing for a Wealth Operations Implementation & Program Manager.</strong></h3><p>This is a 6-month contract position to start, available in Canada or the U.S. Location flexibility is offered.</p><hr/><h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3><p>This role supports the implementation and enhancement of operational processes within BMO's Wealth Operations team. The focus is on brokerage settlements, systems conversions, and operational improvements, working across platforms and stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and effective delivery.</p><hr/><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead implementation of securities transaction workflows</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute system conversion strategies (legacy to target systems)</p></li><li><p>Interface with executive sponsors, vendors, and client operational teams</p></li><li><p>Design, test, and implement system changes and integrations</p></li><li><p>Conduct end-user training for operational staff</p></li><li><p>Oversee front-to-back-office system interfaces (e.g., Dash, EISL, Impact, GLOSS)</p></li><li><p>Analyze and improve trading and operational processes</p></li><li><p>Develop dashboards and tools for reporting and status updates</p></li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Brokerage settlements and clearing experience (CDS, DTC, HSBC)</p></li><li><p>System implementation and conversions (Broadridge, ISM, Dataphile)</p></li><li><p>Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management</p></li><li><p>Wealth or capital markets operational background</p></li><li><p>UX experience related to operational tools or dashboards</p></li><li><p>Previous BMO or large financial institution experience</p></li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></h3><p>An experienced program manager with a deep understanding of brokerage settlements and systems conversions.
