They will manage budgets, calendars, events, communications, invoices, expenses, travel arrangements, and supplies inventory. Project: Onboarding and offboarding tasks, budget monitoring, calendar management, and event coordination within a large and diverse department. Years of experience: 2-3 years RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Administrative support, ticket & transaction management, budget coordination, calendar management, event facilitation, communication support, expense tracking, travel arrangements, inventory management, staff training coordination.
