This hybrid role supports the Corporate Real Estate Finance team and is based in Toronto.<hr/><h3>Role Overview</h3>Title: Senior Manager, Real Estate Analytics Line of Business: Finance – Corporate Real EstateThis role provides critical financial analysis and planning support to BMO’s Corporate Real Estate team. The Senior Manager will lead financial reporting and analysis of real estate assets, support strategic planning and transactions, and collaborate across departments to deliver insights for executive decision-making.<hr/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis for real estate transactions and planning</li><li>Lead review and evaluation of real estate asset performance</li><li>Partner with transaction teams and lead transition meetings</li><li>Develop financial models and executive-level presentations</li><li>Ensure financial reporting accuracy and alignment with accounting standards</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, and Real Estate to consolidate inputs and drive decisions</li><li>Influence and negotiate to align on financial outcomes</li></ul><hr/><h3>Required Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>7+ years in accounting, finance, or real estate analytics</li><li>Strong accounting background and understanding of real estate transactions</li><li>Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel</li><li>Ability to manage ambiguity and drive data-informed decisions</li><li>Excellent stakeholder collaboration and presentation skills</li></ul><hr/><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>CPA or accounting designation preferred</li><li>Background in commercial real estate finance or corporate real estate</li></ul><hr/><h3> </h3>
