Computer Network Technicians establish, operate, maintain and coordinate the use of local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), mainframe networks, hardware, software and related computer equipment. Working in small groups, and serving all departments, youth in these roles develop confidence and begin to master skills used in their analysis, problem solving, communication and overall participation in the workplace.

The Information Technology (IT) Team provides daily technical support for all co-op members, summer participants, and summer programming.  They also prepare for Fall/Winter technical needs.  Working in small groups, and serving all departments, youth in these roles develop confidence and begin to master skills used in their analysis, problem solving, communication and overall participation in the workplace.  Our waterfall mentorship model means you will help others to learn things you are already an expert in and others will help you learn things you are working on yourself. These roles are progressive over the summer and youth are afforded as much scope and responsibility as they are willing and able to handle.  It's a great way to 'level up' in a team setting where your voice and opinions genuinely make a difference daily.We use G-Suites for Non Profits, Slack, Discord, Freshdesk, and a number of other smaller products. There are computers, printers, IP telephones and other devices on site, and at remote locations across Canada.Full-time summer employment contracts range from 8 -16 weeks, May through September.
