Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources while fostering a supportive and values-driven workplace culture.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for salaried and hourly staff</li><li>Supporting workforce planning, team development, and succession strategies</li><li>Overseeing employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching</li><li>Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and best practices</li><li>Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and OH&S standards</li><li>Managing performance management programs and training initiatives</li><li>Driving employee engagement, wellness, and retention programs</li><li>Coordinating payroll data, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy</li><li>Visiting project sites to support inclusive and safe work environments</li><li>Maintaining HR documentation and managing data integrity</li><li>Building scalable systems and processes to support organizational growth</li><li>Collaborating with leadership to shape company culture and resolve grievances</li></ul><h2>More About You</h2>To qualify, you will need post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR management role. Experience in the construction industry or supporting multi-site, field-based workforces is preferred. Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:<ul><li>CPHR designation or progress toward completion</li><li>Knowledge of HR best practices, employment standards, and safety compliance in construction</li><li>Experience developing systems, scaling HR functions, and supporting organizational growth</li><li>Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms (Sage Intacct, Paymate Harmony, KPA)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong organizational skills</li></ul>As our ideal candidate, you are approachable, empathetic, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to coach, support, and motivate teams through change and growth.
