As part of a Commercial Account team, you will support the administration of assigned accounts across all 14 Vehicle Logistic Centers (VLC’s) in Canada. You’ll liaise with local VLC contacts to support the vehicle and personal property redemption process for repo units. You Are: <ul><li>Organized. You will manage a range of accounts, ensuring customer SLA’s are consistently met and manage communication flow.</li><li>Collaborative. Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify and address concerns. </li><li>Detail Oriented.  Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications. </li><li>Customer-Focused. Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve customer issues in a friendly manner. </li><li>Adaptable. Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing work environments. </li><li>Proactive. Identify and address areas of concern, involving leadership as necessary.</li></ul>You Will:<ul><li>Coordinate the inventory and sale of commercial vehicles by: entering data into the system, managing vehicle status through portal, taking vehicles out of leasing, transmitting data to customers computer systems, selecting vehicles to be featured on the internet , generating sales agreements and determining vehicle line ups </li><li>Ensure sales vehicles meet specifications by: receiving condition reports, assessing and obtaining authorization for repairs and preparing necessary work order requests</li><li>Negotiate sale of pending bids as per customer service level agreements. </li><li>Enter transportation and other service requests into systems. </li><li>Generates/prepares reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.e. inventory reports and sales summary). </li><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner; escalating to National Account Manager where appropriate. </li><li>Manually or electronically entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents. </li><li>Process process payments, file sales transactions, balance & transmit sale reports & EFT wire transfers. </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and complete the repossession/redemption process as per established procedures.</li><li>Work closely with other Commercial Accounts Reps to train as backup for other accounts and ensure all customers </li><li>have SLA’s met.</li><li>Support other administrative tasks, including sale day functions, as required.</li></ul>Must Haves:<ul><li>High school education or equivalent</li><li>1-3 Years’ of related experience in account coordination </li><li>Tech-savvy, and comfortable using Google Suite </li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision, contributing to team results</li><li>Available to work a hybrid model: In office 2-3 times weekly at our VLC (Vehicle Logistics Center)</li></ul>Nice to Haves:<ul><li>Prior experience in commercial account management is a definite asset</li><li>Prior experience within the automotive remarketing industry</li><li>Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems</li><li>Ability to identify value-added repairs and services is an asset </li></ul> Sound like a match?
