<h3><p><strong>Job Title: Personal Assistant / Household Manager</strong></p></h3><h3><p>We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Personal Assistant to elevate the lifestyle and productivity of the principal in all aspects. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across health, work, home, and leisure, ensuring a MORE balanced and fulfilling lifestyle .</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Scarborough/Peterborough.  Hybrid – 40% Remote 60% in residence(s)<br/></p></h3><h3><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 5 days; 40 hours per week. Applicant should be flexible for occasional evenings/weekends for special events and for occasional travel.<br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/></p><ul><li>Calendar Management</li><li>Schedule appointments for all aspects of health and well-being.</li><li>Ensure a fulfilling social and recreational calendar.</li><li>Research projects and compiling of information. For example, researching and procuring fine goods, services, and restaurants.</li><li>Ensure the primary is receiving and following through on the best health care.</li><li>Manage renovation and design projects. Assist in finding and hiring architects, designers, and contractors for residential renovation projects.</li><li>Liaise with the family office to track and ensure progress on ongoing business matters.</li><li>Track household expenses/budgets. Basic bookkeeping.</li><li>Create organization systems and maintain organization in the residences.</li><li>Research, procure, and maintain wardrobe, fashion, and beauty items.</li><li>General household management, including managing maintenance schedules coordinating with vendors/contractors, oversee home maintenance and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Run errands and handle shopping/provisioning.</li><li>Assist in meal planning/preparation, including compiling recipes into a menu plan and maintaining grocery lists.</li><li>Assist with occasional pet care for two small dogs (take to vet/grooming appointments, occasional walk)</li><li>Research exciting travel destinations and make thoughtful travel arrangements.</li><li>Event and Party Management, set-up and service.</li><li>Oversight of property/grounds</li><li>Other duties to support the overall health and well-being of the principal and the general management of the residence(s).</li></ul></h3><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><h3><ul><li>Experience as a PA or EA with demonstrable experience in general household management, and supporting personal affairs</li><li>Tech Savvy and loves to research</li><li>Pet friendly</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Highly organized</li><li>Independent worker and takes initiative</li><li>Driver's License required</li><li>Fully Vaccinated</li><li>Boating experience (an asset)</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $80,000-$120,000 (commensurate with experience and skill set)</li></ul><p/></h3>
