Description des tâches et responsabilités – Représentant(e) au développement marketing Les responsabilités du poste incluent : - Structurer la qualification des leads et s’assurer que seuls les prospects bien préparés et à fort potentiel sont transférés aux ventes; - Miser sur une approche personnalisée et humaine dans l’engagement avec les prospects, en complément des points de contact numériques automatisés ; - Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour recevoir et fournir des commentaires en temps réel sur la qualité des leads et l’efficacité des campagnes; - Adopter une mentalité de « growth hacker » pour générer des listes, cibler des leads à fort potentiel et les contacter de manière proactive; - Prospection sortante via LinkedIn Sales Navigator (InMail, engagement, transfert aux ventes); - Suivi proactif avec les prospects après les événements (courriel, LinkedIn, téléphone); - Analyse des données issues de plateformes ABM tierces (ex. : Demand Base) pour identifier et contacter des comptes clés; - Engagement avec les comptes ayant interagi avec du contenu protégé sur le site internet du client; - Utilisation de la fonctionnalité « Prendre un rendez-vous » à des moments clés du parcours d’achat. Job details – Marketing Development Representative (MDR) Key responsibilities for this position include: - Systematize lead qualification and ensure only well-nurtured, high-potential leads are passed to sales; - Focus on personalized outreach to prospects, adding human interaction to the buying journey based on insights from the rep-assisted pilot; - Collaborate with sales to exchange real-time feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, refining marketing strategies accordingly; - Apply a growth hacking mindset to generate lead lists, target high-potential prospects, and proactively engage them; - Outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (InMail outreach and handoff to sales); - Proactive follow-ups with prospects post-event via email, LinkedIn, or phone; - Use of third-party ABM platforms (e.g., Demand Base) to identify and engage key accounts; - Outreach to accounts engaging with gated content on the client website; - Use of “Book a meeting” feature at key moments in the buying journey to initiate conversations. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office. Python / Perl Dev - Job Description: The project involves developing and maintaining a data-intensive back-end platform for vulnerability management. The candidate will work on architecting and enhancing high-throughput ETL pipelines and scalable RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data processing and system performance. Python / Perl Dev - Responsibilities: • Architect, document, and develop high-throughput ETL pipelines capable of processing billions of events daily. • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, SQLModel, and Redis. • Develop and deploy monitoring solutions for tracking API usage patterns, response times, and error rates. • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and scale APIs within OpenShift/Kubernetes environments. • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices. • Establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Guide and mentor the development team in implementing architectural decisions.
