Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:   • Project Metrics and Reporting: Gather information with the different teams, track and analyze key project performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts, lead time, cycle time, etc.) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Ensure the use of consistent and accurate metrics across all projects to monitor progress, productivity, and risk. Provide detailed insights on project health and potential risks through the use of data and KPIs. • Project Governance and Control: Support project lead structure (Delivery Leads, Product Managers) in creating and maintaining product and delivery roadmaps, tracking project milestones, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Provides risk analysis, highlight deviations from plan, and proactively recommend corrective actions. • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Development Teams and Project Stakeholders to make sure required deliverables are produced in timely fashion and respecting required quality standards. Maintain clear communication channels for reporting project status, risks, and escalations. Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders as required by the project lead structure. • Continuous Improvement: Supports the project leaders in controlling program level issues, risks and continuous improvement actions, monitors outcomes and reports on advancement of issues. Collect feedback from project teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization. Key Skills and Experience: Required: • Experience in Agile Project Coordination: Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, including familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. • Project Control & Reporting: Strong background in project tracking, reporting, and control, with expertise in using Azure Dev Ops and PowerBI. • Metrics & Analytics: Proficient in defining and measuring key project metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, lead time, etc.) to assess project performance. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Preferred: • Agile Certifications: Basic Agile Certification such as CSM, PSM.
