Manager, Portfolio Administration – Real Estate Data Analytics - Responsibilities: • Execute controls relevant to the Portfolio Administration control environment. • Ensure outsourced service partners' activities are controlled and managed for the assigned portfolios. • Coordinate, review, administer, and escalate day-to-day operations conducted by real estate service providers, auditors, consultants, and internal business partners. • Support the control environment of the global portfolio through data analytics. • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to landlords and vendors. • Identify opportunities and provide advisory to the bank and service provider transaction team. • Support transaction team to ensure service partner meets all options and renewals deliverables.
