Initiate and foster cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders in Marketing, Skin Quality TM colleagues, KAM partners, and Coolsculpting & PSRM colleagues to ensure strategic and tactical alignment, including creation and execution of account plans, OLAs, educational programs. • Attract, retain, develop, engage, lead and coach Facial territory managers within a high functioning sales team; provide coaching to support representatives to develop their selling, technical and business skills.
