A typical shift schedule is 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, 3 weeks on and 1 week off, or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. </p><p>Most of our LandSea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff. We provide partial uniforms and help with the travel/reservations as needed to and from camp locations.</p><p>Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical workday is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply. Health and Wellness benefits are offered after three months.</p><p>Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at LandSea. Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces, and some require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. They must be able to work fast yet diligently with a focus on consistency while open to direction.</p><p><b><u>Job Duties and Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service and upholds the LandSea reputation</li><li>Keeps kitchen tidy and sanitized. Works within all Food Safe guidelines</li><li>Works with the Head Cook to plan breakfast menus and complete the preparation and service of breakfast</li><li>Ensures groceries are stocked as well as kept organized and adhering to FIFO</li><li>Helps the Head Cook with daily cleaning responsibilities and stocking of lunch options (premade sandwiches and sandwich station offerings)</li><li>Cleaning, organizing and sanitation of kitchen, coolers, freezers and storage facilities as required</li><li>Assisting with inventory counts if required</li><li>Putting away grocery orders in a neat and timely manner</li><li>Advising Head Cook of supplies required and/or equipment issues</li><li>Sweeping, mopping and sanitizing tables and counters</li><li>Enforces and upholds LandSea policies and procedures</li></ul><p><u>Job Qualifications</u></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years breakfast cooking experience</li><li>Food Safe certification</li><li>Great communication.
