Transportation, lodging and meals provided. </div><div><br/></div><div><div><b>Duties and responsibilities  </b></div><div><b> </b>                                     </div><div>•Comply at all times with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and regulations;</div><div>•Coordinate warehouse activities and inventory issue and control access;</div><div>•Manage inventories, incoming and outgoing materials and parts required for daily operations in the various areas of the mine;</div><div>•Receive and unload materials in the warehouse on the mine site;</div><div>•Identify and place materials in the warehouse in an orderly fashion, ensuring that they are correctly located to ensure accessibility;</div><div>•Handle material inside the warehouse;</div><div>•Maintain up-to-date records and a computerized inventory system;</div><div>•Participate in stocktaking to verify that quantities in the warehouse match the inventory quantities in their system;</div></div><div><div>•Unload merchandise from delivery trucks on occasion, using safe lifting techniques;</div><div>•Deposit boxes received in designated areas in an orderly fashion;</div><div>•Carefully check all boxes to ensure that the merchandise is correct;</div><div>•Check for discrepancies, missing items or damaged goods and notify the supplier immediately;</div><div>•Prepare materials for shipment and complete appropriate documentation;</div><div>•Electronically receive each order received on a daily basis;</div><div>•Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe;</div><div>•Report to your supervisor any situations that may affect your work, as well as any suggestions for improvement and innovative ideas to improve the supply process;</div><div>•Comply at all times with occupational health and safety and environmental policies and regulations;</div><div>•Perform any other tasks related to the Warehouse Clerk position, relevant to the success of the project.</div><div><br/></div><div><div><b>Qualifications required</b></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div>•High school diploma; </div><div>•Two (2) years of relevant experience;</div><div>•Valid class 5 driver's license;</div><div>•Valid explosives license (An asset);</div><div>•Mining modules (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7) (An asset).</div><div><br/></div><div><div><b>Technical skills</b></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div>•Good knowledge of Offices suite software;</div><div>•Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. SAP);</div><div>•Hold or be able to obtain a certificate for operating a telescopic forklift.</div><div><br/></div><div><div><b>Basic skills</b></div><div><b><br/></b></div><div>•Organizational skills;</div><div>•Demonstrate autonomy;</div><div>•Rigor and precision in his work;</div><div>•Ability to work in a fast-changing environment;</div><div>•Excellent teamwork skills and ability to develop harmonious relationships with colleagues and suppliers;</div><div>•Ability to work in remote areas and on atypical schedules.</div><div><br/></div><div><div>Please note that the masculine form used in this document refers to both men and women.
