Our menu features the delicious taste of Philadelphia, and the food is all made fresh with top-of-the-line ingredients. ABOUT VACANCYWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Plan, direct, control and evaluate the restaurant’s daily operations</li><li>Set staff work schedules</li><li>Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews</li><li>Recruit new staff members and oversee their training process</li><li>Ensure quality control in food preparation</li><li>Monitor revenues to determine labour costs</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service and responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally</li><li>Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul> WORK CONDITIONS<ul><li>Permanent, full-time position</li><li>$34.10 per hour</li><li>35 hours of work per week</li><li>Overtime pay ($51.15 per hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week</li><li>Work location: 1135 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough, ON, K9J 7M2</li></ul> To apply, please email your resume to “qualityenterprise.pp@gmail.com”.
