This includes promoting a passion for service and salesmanship, ensuring appropriate service levels at all times including shoulder periods, assisting where necessary on the floor during peak times, recruiting new staff members, training and developing existing staff members, scheduling shifts accordingly, performance management of staff members, working with other departments to maximize sales opportunities within the restaurant, maintaining open communication between management and team members as well as front of house and back of house teams.
