Description des tâches et responsabilités –Spécialiste, Opérations des canaux Les responsabilités du poste incluent : - Gérer tous les livrables du client à la suite de la signature du contrat jusqu’à l’installation réussie; - Collaborer avec différentes équipes internes du client, notamment les équipes Réseau, Services extérieurs, Produits et Technologie, afin de veiller à la prestation réussie des services du client; - Nouer des relations avec les clients pour s’assurer d’une bonne expérience d’intégration ainsi que soutenir les besoins généraux de l’édifice durant la mise en œuvre du projet; - Recueillir, analyser et implanter des mesures clés du rendement exactes auprès de différents intervenants; - Jouer un rôle de leadership pour ce qui est de défendre les besoins de l’équipe Exploitation des canaux de distribution auprès du client; - Donner un support L2 pour nos clients stratégiques et utilisateurs du service pour maintenir une excellente expérience; - Agir à titre de champion pour l’établissement d’une culture centrée sur les clients; - Veiller à la circulation efficace de l’information entre l’Exploitation, les Ventes et les clients; - Travailler de façon autonome et obtenir la participation d’autres personnes, au besoin, avec un minimum d’encadrement et de directives; - Gestion efficace des relations avec la clientèle.
