Set up and maintain automated and manual equipment, executing production activities such as clarification (centrifugation and TFF), purification (zonal centrifugation), splitting (continuous flow), diafiltration, and sterile filtration.</li><li>Perform sampling and analytical tests utility sampling, environmental monitoring and area-specific testing.</li><li>Maintain and organize cleanroom in good cGMP state and ensure area is always inspection ready.</li><li>Document, review, and maintain production and monitoring activities for influenza drug substance manufacturing, including drafting, reviewing, and revising cGMP documents such as SOPs, SWIs, batch records, protocols, change controls, reports, and other supporting materials.</li><li>Participate in continuous process and equipment improvement, Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, and Inspection readiness initiatives.</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years College Diploma [Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences], plus a minimum of 12 months of previous relevant work experience.</li><li>Preferred 4 years Bachelor’s degree [Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences], plus a minimum of 12 months of previous relevant work experience.</li><li>Knowledge of Purification Process for viral proteins.</li><li>Familiarity with Automated and manually operated process equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Computerized systems.</li><li>Strong communication, Interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Hours Of Work:<ul><li>Inclusive from Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM.
