Trouble shoot issues to the other CST Cerner teams to understand where there may be trends when there are errors. Analyze large sets of data to be translated into personalized configuration of the information into individual Cerner access accounts. Document the requirements for fixes to accounts to make sure there are no further repeats. Work within the team to ensure the most efficient means of processing mass data inputs while keeping personal information safe.
