As a Lead AV Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding, analyzing, and implementing installation plans from the Design, Sales, and Project Management Team. Reporting to a Project Manager or Foreman, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior Technicians. This position requires the ability and technical knowledge to complete installations, understand the BOM, and be capable of adjusting as needed to meet client satisfaction. A typical day could see you working on a variety of commercial installations including hospitals, airports, corporate offices, and casinos.
