This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.  DataPower Security Specialist - Senior - Job Description: The role involves providing comprehensive planning, consulting, and technical support for middleware products. The focus is on design, deployment, and maintenance of solutions using DataPower and other middleware technologies. The project includes enhancements and support for existing systems with opportunities for integration and security improvements. DataPower Security Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities: • Provide planning, consulting, technical analysis, design, deployment, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and daily support of middleware products • Analyze and solve data integrity, security, configuration, and recovery issues • Produce design artifacts, code, configurations, scripts, and test cases • Support application development life cycle and change management processes • Conduct system monitoring and performance assessments DataPower Security Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills: • Experience with DataPower XML Gateway • Hands-on experience debugging DataPower transactions • Experience supporting IBM API Connect • Experience with Unix scripting & deployment automation • Experience with DataPower security, security policies, authentication, and authorization DataPower Security Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience implementing and supporting XML/XSLT technologies • Experience configuring and monitoring system logging and audit repositories • Extensive knowledge of DataPower Security Protocols • Experience with Oracle Solaris, RedHat Linux, and UNIX operations • Knowledge of GO-PKI Security Infrastructure DataPower Security Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length: This is a 9 month contract position.
