Establish cost effective working relationships with distribution contractors. Deliver agreed level of service. Ensure magazines and inventories are compliant with regulatory requirements.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px"><b>What you will bring</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Sound knowledge of the Distribution Process.</li><li>A good understanding of the quality system.</li><li>Knowledge of SHES policy and regulations governing the National code for the transport of explosives by road.</li><li>Hazard / risk analysis skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of ergonomics and manual handling technique</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px"><b>Your qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>2 - 3 years operational experience in the Distribution area.</li><li>Leadership experience would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience as a trainer in a distribution environment.</li><li>Some exposure to SAP is advantageous.</li><li>Have completed or be willing to complete the Orica Magazine Keeper Training</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px">Physical requirements</h2></div><div><ul><li>Must be able to lift/carry 45-50 lbs.
