As the Supervisor Operations you will plan, coordinate direct and control all outside operations within the Intermodal terminal ensuring containers are received, loaded and/or unloaded conforming to the policies, guidelines and established plans and priorities while meeting timely performance and minimizing cost. Work directly with employees and/or contractors to provide mentorship and support to bring about the vision of an empowered and engaged workforce.
