Chair weekly PPAP Status review meeting with engineering, sales and Production to ensure PPAPs are submitted as promised and required steps are taken to make sure any PPAPs that are past due are completed promptly, Establish breakpoints with customer for new or engineering change parts as required, Ensure that key project related documentation is uploaded to corresponding APQP folders by Engineering, production, sales and Quality, Instruct Purchasing to Kick off Injection Tooling, GD&T fixtures, Assembly equipment, Polymer Suppliers, & Sub-Tiers (II, III) on a timely manner, & ensure that Tools & Equipment are built on time in order to meet customer deliverables such as M1, M2, PPV, Non-Saleable, Saleable & PPAP. Chair weekly program APQP review meetings with engineering, sales, and Production to ensure APQP related tasks are completed on time; and required steps are taken to make sure any tasks that are slipping are brought back on track.
