Padawan: Technical Support Specialist, SATCOM
Location: Montreal, QC
The Technical Support Specialist’s primary mission is to provide customers with in-service support of the company SATCOM and cabin connectivity systems installed on air transport and regional aircraft. The RSE will ensure customer satisfaction by providing support of the products, systems and services. The RSE will run tests on the systems, update and validate new databases, conduct troubleshooting, and make configuration changes required to deliver the operational system to the customer.
